Unfair Dismissal and Unfair Labor Practices

Employees can make an application to the Labor Relations Commission within three (3) months from the date of occurrence of the unfair dismissal or unfair labor practices concerned. As Labor Relations Commission adjudicates on the claim based on the procedure, reasons and propriety of the disciplinary actions, we can advise and represent clients through the application process.
