A labor union may request an employer to bargain from three months prior to the expiration date of the term of validity of collective agreement, and once an employer is requested for it, he/she must proceed with the single bargaining channel system according to Trade Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act. We help clients understand each step of the single bargaining channel system, advise on collective bargaining, and suggest improvement.
